SHIPPING POLICY
Our standard postage rate is £3.50, regardless of order size.
Orders will be despatched within 3-5 working days. We use Royal Mail and post Second Class. If you need a speedier delivery or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us via email or using the Enquiry Form page, and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

Collection is available from our in-person events, or from PE29 7HJ - where pre-arranged.
RETURN POLICY
Should you wish to return your items you may do so within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in perfect condition for a full refund. postage will not be refunded. Contact us via email to request a return.
PERSONALISED ITEMS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
